César Ancelle-Hansen pratique la photographie depuis une quinzaine d'années. Originaire du nord de la France, il vit à Biarritz depuis 2001. Il travaille en numérique et argentique. Obsédé par l'océan, une grande partie de son travail est relié à la côte basque. Son travail a été publié dans de nombreux magazines.
César Ancelle-Hansen has been practicing photography for about fifteen years. Originally from the north of France, he has lived in Biarritz since 2001. He works in digital and film. Obsessed with the ocean, much of his work is linked to the Basque coast. His work has been published in numerous magazines.
