Ben Thouard, prodige de la photographie de surf et de vagues, impressionne par sa manière de jouer avec la lumière et sa capacité à capturer la puissance de l’océan. Il nous offre de magnifiques clichés de vagues vierges et une perspective unique de la surface sculptée par la houle.
Découvrez 17 images exceptionnelles de l’artiste imprimées sur aluminium dibond dans notre galerie du beach store. Le vernissage de l'exposition aura lieu le Jeudi 19 Août au 15 Blvd. du Général de Gaulle à Biarritz, à partir de 18h00.

It's a great honor to showcase award-winning photographer Ben Thouard at Helder Supply. The collection of images, published in his new book SURFACE are absolutely stunning and give you a new perspective from inside crystal clear waves.
« {…} It’s on the surface, or rather just below the surface, exactly where everything takes place for me, that I decided to focus. Sculpted by the crazy energy of the swell, giving birth to the waves, the surface takes on unique shapes, changes appearance by the hour, displaying light shows and infinite textures. Underwater, it sometimes fades, for a split second, offering a glimpse into our world. Becoming a perfect mirror, you feel as though inside a giant bubble. It is, after all, the subject of all my images. »
