César Ancelle-Hansen has been practicing photography for about fifteen years. Originally from the north of France, he has lived in Biarritz since 2001. He works in digital and film. Obsessed with the ocean, much of his work is linked to the Basque coast. His work has been published in numerous magazines.

Collectionneur passionné, il possède sans doute la plus incroyable collection d’objets et d’œuvres sur l’univers du surf.
